Are there age limits for training?
Delegates can attend training courses from 18 years of age.
How long are the courses?
The duration of training courses varies from four hours to seven days, depending on the given training course and syllabus. We generally aim to start training at 9.30am and finish around 4.30pm. We include refreshment and lunch breaks in that period for courses conducted onsite in Luton. All start and finish times will be advised prior to joining.
Where are the courses held?
We use a number of locations including our own and third party. Full details of the venue, including details of hotels, travel, parking and any relevant information will be sent prior to commencing the course. All this information will be found in the course information pack sent to course delegates.
Is Hotel Accomodation Provided?
Hotel accomodation is not provided, courses delegates are expected to provide their own accomodation and travel to and from the training centre. We do however provide a course information pack listing recommended local accomodation and travel information. The admin team are always on hand and happy to assist with any hotel and travel queries.
What should I wear for training?
We kindly request that you wear smart attire if you are attending our VIP Flight Attendant Training Course. For our safety training courses we are less formal and some of the practical subjects will be better suited to casual comfy clothing. This will be advised prior to joining.
How many people attend the courses?
It will vary depending on the amount of interest for the particular course however, we believe in quality over quantity and cap our courses. Our VIP Flight Attendant training courses run on smaller numbers as they are very practical and hands on.

Will attending the course guarantee finding a job?
Attending a course will not guarantee that you will secure a position. Each airline and aircraft operator have varying recruitment methods, standards and seasonal requirements that can affect the level of recruitment. However the experience you gain will definitely assist you and look favourable. Corporate Flight Training is not a recruitment agency.
How can I pay for the course?
You can pay by using our PayPal facility on the booking form. We also accept all major credit and debit cards via our online PayPal payment system which gives you added security and protection.

Do I receive a certificate when I have completed the course?
All delegates receive certification on completion of the courses.
Specifically for the food safety training program, this will be upon successful completion of the examination and release of the results from the awarding body, the results are normally issued within a week.
If I am unhappy with the service or have a complaint who can I contact?
We always endeavour to deal with any potential issues at ground level and we pride ourselves as a company on our customer service standards. However we do appreciate that not all matters can be resolved immediately and we have a company complaints procedure. We do request that you put any complaint in writing formally to [email protected] and we will endeavour to deal with any complaint within five working days.
Are your training courses regulated?
Our safety training courss are in accordance with EASA requirements and are DFT approved. Our Aircrew and Cabin Crew safety training programmes are compliant with the various regulatory bodies and are delivered to stringent standards.
The Food Safety training programme is run in accordance with an awarding body HABC who are Ofqual regulated in the UK.
If I wish to appeal any decision on examination results what can I do?
The company has an appeals procedure, please state the nature of the appeal any formative action already taken, the date of the examination and name of the company contact first approached, also any circumstances that may assist with the outcome of the appeal to [email protected]. We aim to review the situation and will answer with the outcome of the review within 21 days.
If I am still unsatisfield with the appeal outcome what can I do?
For all HABC courses, once the initial steps of lodging an appeal with Corporate Flight Training have been undertaken, if the outcome of the appeal is not satisfactory you can contact the awarding body and detail the nature of the issue. HABC will endeavour to assist, the e-mail address is [email protected]. For Corporate Flight Training courses we have our own inhouse appeals procedure which can be requested.
If I am still unsatisfied with the response what can I do?
For all HABC courses at this stage if you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of the awarding bodies findings, you are entitled to contact OFqual and register your complaint. Full details of the procedure and details required can be found at ofqual.gov.uk/complaints-and-appeals/complaints/
