The train the trainer course is suitable for new instructors and will benefit any candidate who wishes to further their career development and move into the field of training, coaching and mentoring others. The course will also give any candidate the knowledge, confidence and skills required to become a professional trainer and deliver engaging training sessions. Developing an understanding of learning styles and appropriate training approaches, as well as the ability to coach, mentor and facilitate are all key skills a facilitator of learning should possess. The course also includes conducting training online from the virtual classroom environment. We also deliver additional "bolt on" subjects once the Train the Trainer Course has been completed upon request, these currently include Wet Drills and Survival Train the Trainer, Fire & smoke Train the Trainer and ESET Practical Train the Trainer.

Course information
The train the trainer course will deliver the skills to develop any candidate into an engaging facilitator of learning. Training must have an objective, be well structured and include a method of feedback evaluation for it to be effective. The discipline of training is dynamic and to be truly relevant, delegates will learn how to design their own courses and deliver inspiring professional training sessions.
The course is delivered at our Luton Airport training centre or Malta and can also be delivered at client location upon request.

Our bolt on modules can be added on once the trainer the trainer course has been completed.
