Cancellation and your rights
You may cancel a training course for which you have enrolled upto 14 days from the date of booking.
If the customer cancels or wishes to change a Booking 14 days after booking and upto 7 days of the course commencing, the course fees will be refunded minus 50% of the total fees.
If the customer cancels a booking within 7 days of the training course commencing 100% of the fees will be payable to Corporate Flight Training.
This policy also applies to course dates that are altered, if the company agrees to a course date change any refund will be in line with the date of the original course booking.
If a customer booked onto a course is a no-show for their assigned course 100% of the fees for that particular Booking shall be payable by the customer to Corporate Flight Training.
Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19 and quarantine measures if any customers are booked onto a course and are unable to travel we will without charge move them onto a future course date provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Any refunds will be in line with Corporate Flight Trainings Standard cancellation policy as as outlined above.
If any courses are cancelled due to the Covd-19 situation the client is entitled to a refund in full or they may choose an alternate date.
All cancellations and requests for a change of training date must be sent in writing to and acknowledged by Corporate Flight Training.

Alterations & Cancellations
Each course necessitates a minimum number of delegates for the course to be delivered effectively. Corporate Flight Training reserves the right to vary or cancel any training courses should this become necessary or the minimum numbers not be met. Should this result in the training course being cancelled all course fees will be refunded in full.
Corporate Flight Training may cancel a booking at any time and will provide notice of such cancellation as soon as possible.
Confirmation of your place on at training course is not finalised until all fees have been received in full by Corporate Flight Training. Corporate Flight Training reserves the right to decline bookings without any formal explanation.
Changes to Personal Details
It is your personal responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Corporate Flight Training is correct and to notify us of any changes as necessary. Corporate Flight Training will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.
Provision of Training Services
Full details of Corporate Flight Trainings provision of training services will be forwarded to the customer at the time of booking. The information contained herein forms a brief overview of the company terms and conditions for reference.
The Company shall not be held liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any visa, or other license and recommendations against travel), wars, insurrections, hurricanes, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine or any other cause beyond reasonable control.
